Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide service for full SDLC, including requirement gathering, design, coding, unit testing, system testing, documentation.
• Development and enhancement for the reporting system with goLang.
• Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server).
• DevOps using CI/CD pipeline (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Work with upstream and/or downstream systems support to deliver optimal and integrated solutions.
• Provide UAT and production support to users, ensure all issues are appropriately addressed in timely manner.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of working experience in software design and development, preferably in banking environment.
• Hands on programming experience with any of the following
• Python, Javascript, Unix Scripting
• Nodejs, Meteor Framework
• Sybase, Mariadb, Mongodb, Redis or any in-memory cached
• Message Queues (e.g. IBM MQ), Kafka
• Solaris, Redhat Linux or any Unix or Linux OS flavor
• Html, Xml, JSON, Flatbuffer
• Experience in SQL/PLSQL
• Hands on experience in CI/CD pipeline by using GIT, Jenkins, JIRA
• Proven track record of participating in the design and delivery of application solutions
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in any of the banking areas is an added advantage.
• Good if have work experience in developing cloud native applications on AWS, OpenShift, Dockers.
